Surgical drains installed for
my tummy tuck and lateral thigh lift operation.
|
This picture shows the surgical drain tubes and compression garment installed during my tummy tuck and lateral thigh lift operation. The bulbs of the surgical drains are compressed in order to create a suction effect to all the drains to operate more efficiently. The fluid drained from my body was red in color and was a combination of blood and body fluids. I had to drain the bulbs every four hours.
